1. Process:
Water purification–soft drink preparation–depalletize–can rinsing–nitrogen/can filling–can seaming–date print– shrink wrapping–repalletizing.
2. Through a few simple adjustments, it could handle different cans. The special structure sealing roller could be adjusted according to can’s sizes.
3. As the can is easy to get deformed, soft handleling is needed in the transferring process. The conveying system regulates the transferring speed according to the each machine’s working condition to assure no bottle falling or crashing, it remains a steady smooth running speed.

Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.

Air conveyor
Air conveyor is horsed on the floor, with fan installed on the top. Air filter is positioned at every
entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are blocked on the neck in the
conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power. All are made of stainless steel
ANSI304, except the horses, board of plastic and nylon.
