With you from first drawing to full output.
One team handles your project end-to-end: line design, manufacturing, factory acceptance, on-site commissioning, operator training and lifetime support.
Five stages, one accountable supplier.
These commitments come straight from the contracts we sign for every complete line.
Consultation & line design
Tell us your product, container and target output. Our engineers propose the process, equipment list and a plant layout drawing, and build every machine around your own bottle and cap samples.
- Process & capacity calculation
- Plant layout drawing
- Bottle and cap sample matching
Manufacturing & factory test
Machines are built in our Zhangjiagang workshop with liquid-contact parts in SUS304 stainless steel or food-grade plastics and branded electrics. The line is debugged and checked in our factory, and shipped only after both parties sign the inspection.
- SUS304 product-contact parts
- Branded PLC, drives & pneumatics
- Signed factory acceptance before shipment
Installation & commissioning
Once the equipment is placed according to our layout, our technicians install, debug and run test production on site until the line reaches its rated output — typically within 15–25 days.
- On-site installation
- Test production to rated capacity
- 15–25 days typical
Operator training
Training takes place in your workshop, following an outline prepared by a senior technician: machine structure, operation, adjustment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Operation & control
- Maintenance & adjustment
- Fault diagnosis
Warranty & lifetime support
Every line carries a 12-month quality guarantee from acceptance, with wearing parts supplied free during the warranty. Afterwards we continue with remote technical support, on-site visits when needed and spare parts at favourable prices.
- 12-month guarantee
- Free wearing parts in warranty
- Remote & on-site support
Measured, signed, then accepted.
After installation the whole line runs to demonstrate its function. Final acceptance is signed by both parties against clear, measurable targets (with qualified bottles and caps).

Questions buyers ask us.
Can’t find your answer? Our engineers reply to every inquiry.
Ask an engineerWhat information do you need for a quotation?
Your product (water, juice, CSD, beer, oil…), container type and volume, target output in bottles per hour, cap type, packing format and local power supply. Bottle and cap samples or drawings help us size the machines precisely.
Can one line run several bottle sizes?
Yes. Our monoblocs use neck-handling transfer and change parts, so a line can run multiple bottle volumes; for example, water lines are commonly configured for 500 ml, 750 ml and 1.5 L.
Which components do you use?
Product-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastics. Electrical and pneumatic parts come from international brands such as Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Festo, Schneider, ABB, Autonics and AirTAC.
How long do installation and commissioning take?
Typically 15–25 days on site after the equipment arrives and is positioned according to our layout drawing, including test production and operator training.
What warranty do you provide?
A 12-month quality guarantee from acceptance, with free wearing parts during the warranty, followed by ongoing technical support and spare parts at favourable prices.
Do you supply single machines or only complete lines?
Both. You can order a single filler, water treatment unit or packing machine to integrate with existing equipment, or a turnkey line from raw water to finished pallets.
