Solution 01

Bottled drinking & mineral water

The challenge: Consistent water quality at high speed, with the lowest cost per bottle.
Our approach: Multi-stage treatment (sand, carbon, softening, precision filter, RO, ozone/UV) feeding a gravity-filling 3-in-1 monobloc with air conveyors and automatic film packing.

Solution 02

3 & 5 gallon barrel water

The challenge: Thorough cleaning of returned containers and hygienic filling for home and office delivery.
Our approach: Automatic de-capping and brushing, multi-stage washing with disinfectant and pure-water rinse, then filling, capping and cap shrink sleeving.

Solution 03

Juice, tea & functional drinks

The challenge: Shelf-stable products without preservatives, in heat-resistant PET.
Our approach: Sugar dissolving, blending, homogenising and de-aeration and UHT/HTST sterilisation, followed by hot filling, bottle inverting and a cooling tunnel.

Solution 04

Carbonated soft drinks

The challenge: Stable CO₂ content, controlled foaming and accurate fill levels.
Our approach: Syrup preparation and a carbonation mixer feeding an isobaric rinse-fill-cap monobloc, with bottle warmer to prevent condensation before labelling.

Solution 05

Beer in glass, PET and cans

The challenge: Minimal oxygen pick-up and foam control to protect flavour.
Our approach: Counter-pressure (isobaric) filling with crowning for glass, low-foam filling for PET, and filling and seaming for aluminium cans.
