Summary
Barrels enter into the Automatic barrel outer brushing machine sent from the conveyer belt, leaning tightly against the main rotating brush. The main rotating brush and brush on the bottom work oppositely to the direction of barrels’ moving and circumvolving. The combined movement of barrels’ revolution around the thumb wheel for one cycle and spiraling themselves four times are coursed by the thumb wheel. Washing water pump sprays out water or cleaning liquid constantly to every brush. The cleaning water and liquid is collected by a receiving plate on the bottom to a washing liquid tank and reused circularly. After 270°revolution in the Automatic barrel outer brushing machine, the barrels enter into the shower room and sent out of the room by conveyer belt after being showered and washed. The washing water and cleaning liquid in the shower room is from a same cleaning water pump and is collected by a receiving plate on the bottom, entering the same cleaning tank to be used circularly.

Summary
QGF-1500 type barreled water producing line is the core equipment in the 3 Gallon, 5 Gallon barreled drinking water producing line. It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process. This machine is washing, filling and capping three in one body, which adopts cylinder capping having the function of CAP circumfluence with the valve. The cap storage has the caps for one hour using. With vision of washing pressure and the pipes connected with finished water should use stainless steel 316, the inner washing pressure is no less than 0.28 MPA and the time is no less than 16 sec. Outer washing pressure is about 0.2 MPA. Lye and disinfection liquid have heating device respectively. The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON.
